These frogs were for sale in the gift shop, but I spend most of my money on food when I'm at Dollywood. ( www.dollywood.com ) We've had season passes for many years.
Smoky Mountain Cabin
On a recent trip to the mountains, we stayed in a cabin. It was not much like this one, but we had a great time. This one is actually at Dollywood and nobody ever stays in it. (No plumbing!)

Train sounds steam whistle.
That plume of steam makes a lonely sound. This train, powered by coal, served on the White Pass Railroad in Alaska during World War II. It's a Baldwin 2-8-2. Now beautifully restored, it hauls tourists in Tennessee.

We spent a weekend in the mountains. The flowers were at Dollywood and the cabin is where we stayed. (If you like the cabin, see www.altotravel.com )
